All the videos he has produced are not necessarily of number one successful music however all have been successful and well known by the general music world. This shows how the director does projects that are a challenge and hard to represent however he does this so successfully and creates a unquestionable USP and shows his ability to create a video which is a unquestionable risk but pay off yet still representing the music this is a very valuable and rare talent to have.
But one message that continually crops up is that the majority of the videos Mise-on-scene must be upheld and then small areas tweaked so that is socially excepted and not ignored due to its absurdity as change is easier in anything to tolerate in small does and as more and more this is does not the norm is becoming more and more distorted and enabling director such as Michel to explore and push convention more and more.
Outstanding research so far Jess, well done! I particularly like your analysis of Daft Punk and the amateur videos that their music has inspired. You're certainly ready to move onto the planning stage, which I'll be introducing in class this week.
